I think we've all learned a lesson here...
Anyway, Brilliant job. The main storyline is pretty damn good, and all the little things (Like the MGS reference and the "hope you die" card) make it a 5 star flash short.

Just one little thing to think about... The transicion between the home and the hospital seemed just a little too fast. maybe put in a "one week later" inbetween it?
