With my bierthday coming tomorrow, I thought it was time I drew this guy, who I teased in the Ice Cream Day drawing.This is Toby (age 15)
Toby is based on cupcakes, specifically a birthday cupcake, and it's his job to keep in track of everybody's birthdays. Toby is often chill and even jolly, his flame on his candle can change grow big when angry.
