So, I bet that you weren't expecting another finger-point basework!
I don't know who she is, or where she's from, all I know is that she somehow popped into my head replacing my concept character when I got a bit of an overdose of D.Gray-Man AMVs and realized just how much Allen is similar to my younger cousin... It was so odd.
