Jango is Well mannered, charismatic and has an air around him that demands respect. He is loyal to his friend the king and will do everything he orders him even to kill. He can be very serious at times but also very laid back with a smug smile on his face if not to mock or tease people who are lower rank than him. He sees nobles as above anybody else as it is the culture he has grown up with as he had very strict parents. That does not mean his soldiers he works with doesn´t get the respect they deserve as he also believes that respect goes both ways even and for him, soldiers have a closer rank to nobles than commoners so he respects them much more.
Background story:
Jango have served the royal house of Akinyi for years and been a Megis, the most elite warriors, for just as long. King Shobal and Jango grew up together and are very close friends. Some would even say brothers.
