Description
This Robot Master saw changes throughout my history with creating my initial set of Robot Masters. Before, he had a different main body, arm cannons, etc.; now, he's far more suited to do his job, and if you look closely, his chest resembles the front of a bullet train like you'd see in Japan!

He looks a little abstract; I'd add a few more details to go with the bullet train theme. Other than that, excellent. His glasses are dangerous all on their own.
