Okay, it's a random idea.
An angel and a demon become friends, good friends. But in the end, because of some reasons, the demon tear the angel's wing which is like a part of the angel's body.
Just right after the demon tear the one of the wings, it snaps out its mind and realizes what just happened.
Seeing its hands tainted with its friend's blood makes it regret its decision.
And even if the demon cry out loud, the angel won't be the same again.
