This adorable little fella is from a French Canadian cartoon called Lotus et Cali (Lotus and Cali). I only came across it last month but it's primarily about these two best friends, a young girl and a red panda, who thrive for adventure, largely taking inspiration from a different literary genre. Think Between the Lions mixed in with Super WHY. Hopefully that helps.

For context: this was introduced to me through a Discord server, and surprisingly, the character that caught my (and everyone else's) attention, was Cali (yes it took me a while to locate his name). Let's just say he's someone I wanted to draw ever since I found out about him. Plus if I might add: he's wearing a blue hoodie. Such a cute accessory.
