Guild Wars has an entire sub-community based on staying in the phased "tutorial" mode of the game. (On terms of WoW, grinding your starting area until the entire zone is grey to you or something).

They occasionally throw this community a bone by adding content to Pre-Searing. I don't care much for it, but my one pre-searing character gets richer easier as random trash drops sell to people for an assload more than they should.
