Ok it works like this. The Cerbine Grand Legion, orginizes its squads of infantry differantly than the U.E.A.F. Each squad, or "Pack", is orginized like a wolf pack. One alpha leader, and one omega leader. They are essentialy the same. The reason for this is that if one leader is killed the squad can still function effectivly.
