This guide assumes at least an intermediate proficiency in paper-folding, although I'll try to provide any clarifications. There aren't really any complex folds, creases just need to be fairly accurate and the reverse folds may require some muscle. Crease sharply!

I recommend using a square of thin, strong paper (thinner than and at least as large as a square made from computer paper). Try experimenting around with different papers and foils, let me know how it turns out!
