This screenshot came from an australian Cartoon Network bumper called "demented BBQ", where, during a Barbecue with various classic Cartoon Network, Hanna-Barbera and Looney Tunes characters, Mandark turns Larry 3000 into a giant robotic emu and to fight him back, Dexter turns Rosie (from "the Jetsons") into a giant robotic kangaroo, resulting in the destruction of Sydney and a lot of stereotypical Australian jokes... by Australia itself.

The plot was not too bad, but what bothered me was the animation. Sometimes it uses traditional animation, while other times it uses early flash animation, resulting in a lot of designs being off model (like Ed, Edd, Eddy, Billy and Mandy, Johnny Bravo and Choo Choo) and reused animation, but the one who got hit the worst by this was Dexter: while flash animated, it's just a bunch of renders from his 2001-2003 revival (in fact in one scene his arms are too short), while the few times he was hand drawn, he got turned into... the thing you see in the picture.

No disrespect to the people who worked on it.
