I can pay the pp fee of like 88 cents; I feel extremely uncomfortable paying as friends. Only because it counts as fraud and you can get fine up to 10grand through the pp terms and services. ;v;

I ccan try; I had an sercurity glitch with my phone # and it didnt let me send and I had to call paypal and get them to go around the security system just to send the 28$ cad that is 21 USD I might have to try later tom as the guy one the phone told me after to wait 24 hrs just to send money to your acc after they went around the security thing

Its allso illegal for you to ask someone to cover the fee; if the system pegged you as someone who is taking money through friends and fam; for coms and adopts and not good and services you can auto loose a minamum of 1000 and max of 10k. Depending on how many transactions you have done like this.
its basically avoiding your taxes that can result in fraud and 5 years in jail.

well, i'm not sure what to charge because i technically need the fees covered, but since everyone lives in different locations, i could be possibly fucked over due to not getting the full amount.
i'm sorry if it bothers you what i'm doing, but i do it with all my customers, and i've heard these warnings beforehand. i understand if someone needs to pay by goods and services but i ask them to pay by friends and family to avoid the mess that just happened.
thanks for the advice, but i'm already aware. sadly, people are scared of extra digits on a price, and it scares away potential customers, i already must make the number pleasing or else i probably don't get offers.

Hello, just so you know dear it is illegal for you to ask your customers to pay the fee under any circumstance
If you were to be reported to Paypal (as previously stated) you can be fined up to 10,000$
If you do not wish to believe this you can find it in Paypal's T.o.S
I would advise just putting the fee in your commission prices, and trying to skirt around it just because "Everyone lives in different places" should not be an excuse.
I am not trying to be rude, but this should be something known here on DA to most artists.

alright, thanks. i have just updated a ToS anyways, due to recent PayPal policy updates & fee increasing.
so all payment will be sent through an invoice, with the mash up of fees and base price.
