This picture has a slight danger feeling to it. Which is fitting because alcohol.
I like that the window shows it's daytime/bright outside (posssibly a murky day), everyone is going about their normal life, while Slate finds himself staring straight at his inner demons perhaps
Maybe I'm completely off in what I'm seeing here, but that's just what I get from it.
I like all the purple tones of shading and Slates facial expression~
