Designed as a scout tank, the Arion is lightly armored, fast, and extremely maneuverable.

With a maximum of 150mm equivalent sloped and curved armor, Arion crews have quickly learnt that their best defense is to keep moving. This is not hard, given the light weight and the high power to weight ratio provided by the Arion's diesel electric engine. However, when necessary, the Arion can dish out the hurt with its 90mm cannon, though, as there is little room for ammunition within the tank, this is a last resort.

The four crew of the Arion do not have much space within the vehicle, although, given the nature of the tank, the designers gave some provision to providing cushioned seats.

Arion crews were, on the whole, impressed by the tanks speed and maneuverability, even at the expense of crew comforts like storage and sleeping space, although a common complaint was that the gun, a maximum declenation, would hit the driver's rear view mirror.

Since writing the description of the Behemoth, I have come up with a setting for these tanks. An alternate history Cold War setting, with three factions vying for domination instead of two.
