Chelsea followed him to the woods after school, and after she was bitch slapped by Sam, her angelic blue eyes turned to coil-black and she sprouted fangs....

After laying in the meadow..Jake imprinted on Chelsea and they both became soul-mates

Chelsea actually had a strange feeling for Jake since book 3 after they first met (she was human at that time) and at the first day/time at high school, Jake and Chelsea met again, and at drama class, Jake and Chels volunteer: Jake to be a guy lying down and Chelsea trying to wake him, but she was new to the vampire world she was // this close to biting him, and she ran off, and Jake (due to his ability to hear sounds from far ranges) heard her crying, and he was concerred about her...and when he found out, it happened he imprinted with her..(it's when a werewolf just finds "The One")

Well no, because he was still learning about the werewolf world even though it's been 3 years after he was turned...and as soon as Chelsea unveil her black coil eyes and pearl white fangs, that's when he knew, espilicy the hiss sound they make. LOL It's true vamps hearts stop beating when they turned but to Jake he believes Chels' still beats for him...like he said before the big deb ball with Evie and Peyton.
