Meet Terror the leader of Anti-GUN

Backstory
Terror was an old enemy of GUN, he wanted to use the tech & weapons of GUN for destruction & chaos for no real reason other then just he’s a psycho, during one of his fights with GUN he ended up losing his arm & was locked in GUN prison for many years

Years later (during the events of Sonic Forces)
Most of the GUN United were destroyed during the war, thus Terror was able to escape, take some GUN tech & use it to slowly build his new empire called…Anti-GUN

It’s with the resources he stole is where he was able to make a new robot arm & other evil things

Since Shadow & Team Dark are the only GUN team around at the moment due to Eggman destroying most of them,
They go to fight Terror thus Shadow now has an arch enemy ,
His own Eggman in a way
