Here is a W.i.p Smeargle I have been working on. As of now its nearly half done, I still have some shading to add in and the backround to do.

Please leave me a comment, I would love to know what you guys think and I am always up for some constructive critism to help me grow. Just keep in mind that this is still a work in progress however, and I still need to smooth some lines out that may seem jagged.
