My guess at the look of Rowlet's final evolution.Name (Strix+Extend)
Based off:
Stilt Owl, (an extinct species hawiian owl)
A palm tree: Palm leaves for the coat/wings, coconut head and eyes, palm trunk legs and a palm flower beard
A stilts performer: To fit with the circus theme

I really like the concept I don't mind Rowlet for losing its flying type if it evolves into something as epic as this.

The concept is great! Implementing both a Hawaiian owl and a circus performer in a logical way. However, I feel the ground type is forced on the design, as I don't really see it there except maybe for the sand colored feathers and the ground pound. It's a great design though and very plausible!
