A green lizard, don't know exactly which species, approximately 15-20cm (not small !)
The lizard was taking a sunbath on a stone. Surprisingly enough, I could approach it as close as a few centimeters without making it flee.

This photograph was taken some years ago in France (Haute Savoie) with a silver color film in an old Nikon FE2 with macro lens (200mm). Depth of field is very low due to the distance and the lens. It was first enlarged and now scanned (which explains the grain). Only minimal work on colors to match with the original photo. Comments on how to improve the scan (or if you know exactly the species of lizard) are welcome (but I cannot redo the shot itself).
