Description
This particularly animation was worked on by both Cad and myself, with my tweaks mostly fixing some stray pixels, revised boots and revised head. Think it would be safe to say that for most new animations and characters done for SF2Nes, the process involved either finding some pre-existing rips (such as those from the SNES ports) and downsizing them, cleaning up the details and color usage to fit the style, or select video frames for movements referenced from out of scale or 3d titles and then manually redraw them.
