Description
This was a fun one. The person commissioning the piece wanted a mash-up of Avengers #176 and Avengers #24 (from the 90s)
I found a vector version of the Avengers logo that wasn't exactly what I needed so I modified it a bit. I recreated all the other elements for the masthead in Adobe Illustrator (I had the Comic Code stamp I did for an earlier piece) and printed it straight to bristol board then I drew the rest.
