Here is another canon-accurate reference guide. Unlike the Galactic Empire, the military officers of the First Order wore armbands as an emblem of their rank. This guide also displays the uniform colors of each of the available ranks. Black uniforms for noncommissioned officers, silver uniforms for junior officers, teal uniforms for senior officers, and charcoal grey uniforms for high command officers.
