it is a somewhat ok recreation of the UI from Windows Mobile 5.0 for Windows XP.

Instead of using Windows XP Professional for the Screenshot i decided to use the lesser known Windows XP Embedded.

MAKE SURE YOUR START MENU HAS THE SAME AMOUNT OF 2ND COLUMN ICONS AS MINE DOES AND HAS THE DEFAULT AMOUNT OF RECENT APPLICATIONS(Usually 6 i think) AS WELL AS THE INTERNET AND E-MAIL ICONS ENABLED OTHERWISE IT WONT LOOK QUITE RIGHT

UXtender is no longer needed. the Visual style works on fresh XP/Server2003 installs just fine!
also i removed the duplicate entries in the color scheme and font size dropdowns
and i added the matching wallpaper

Version 2 is more a bit more accurate. Still no need for UXtender or any other UXtheme.dll patchers. seriously it does work. dont believe me? try it yourself. make a VM of any XP or Server 2003 Edition and put the theme in without uxtheme.dll patched.
