lovely detailing, although anatomically the shoulder on the arm bending down (her left one, on the right side) doesn't quite sit right with me... it looks more like the back of a shoulder rather than the front.. as if it's a right arm taken off and put on the left side...
But again, fabulous details, love the glow, and she is a wonderful example of a semi-human creature!

People tend ta luv it. Lloth is rockin'. And a bit of a bitch. (When a drow becomes powerful enough, he/she must take a test; if he/she fails, Lloth turns the poor sucker into a drider--a drow in Lloth's shape, which is physically agonizing. There's two more tests, and the price for failure becomes progressively worse--the second test's failure ends with the sufferer becoming a formless mass of scuttling spider-legs.)

I don't quite recall, m'self. In at least one of the Drizz't books a male drow got curs't just for the hell of it, so I figure there's no hard-and-fast rule on who's eligible for gettin' drider'd.

Anyone can be turned in to a Drider, because Lolth just feels like it or sees it fit, but i'm not sure about the tests is all.. I'm prety sure it is only for Female Drows though.
