Ah, yes, I've used Cyrillic looking fonts before because I adore their visual flair, but maybe this time I went too far with it? A lot of people seem to be confused by it, and I'm just hoping it's not offensive to people who speak Slavic languages, it certainly wasn't my intention. I wish I actually spoke Russian so I could use the alphabet like it's intended.

I speak slavic language and it's not offensive at all... but I don't use Cyrillic It's confusing as hell since I thought I just learned you're russian

It's not offensive, just, eh, confusing. Same if you try to read the well-known word and it's suddenly not like it's used to be.
It's all up to you and it's your finale decision how to approach to your art, so please don't accept my words as an order. I don't know if there's any good way to write Latin names with Cyrillic because it's not usually transliterated (that, by the way, would simply be Пантера Онка). Buuut maybe it would be nice to work with the language itself - Russian is pretty poetic and there are many ways to express the same meaning. If not by yourself, I think there are many people who would gladly provide their help.
Like, how else could you name the jaguar? The internet says that his name can be interpreted as "a beast who kills in jump" (sorry, my English is not as good as Russian), or "зверь, убивающий в прыжке". It could be shortened to "убивающий в прыжке", and that doesn't sound that bad.
