Meet Lance Oberon
He is male and personally does not know his sexuality. (not yet anyway)

Lance is a hybrid between a mage and a vampire. His mother is a vampire and his father is a mage. How they became a couple is a mystery.
This little vampire half breed actually wants to avoid drinking blood due to witnessing vampires that do not control themselves this can lead a vampire to become "blood-crazed" as he puts it

The boy found himself to be more fascinated with Umbra magic. He had practiced summoning a familiar of his own at a young age and from the Umbra tomes. He successfully summoned a flight and stealth classified Umbra beast.
This shadowy familiar protects Lance from the sun's rays. (in other words, this beast is viewed as an umbrella to Lance.)
It can use Umbrageous Teleportation, Umbrakinetic flight, and Light Absorption. His familiar's name is Jumba

In most cases, he is a traveling young mage as to what most have seen him with is long bangs and messy like hair. It covers his more vampiric physical characteristics. Course even his father's hat can cover these physical characteristics and the tome he has was the very tome that he used to summon the umbra beast
Which the tomes he had practiced with including that one was given to him by his father since that tome was a part of his father's collection.
