It was February 3rd when I drew this, which, according to Foop from The Fairly OddParents, was the beginning of "Destroy the Weak" Week.
Yes, I based this picture off of a running gag from a Season 9 episode. Yes, I did not like that season, but "Two and a Half Babies" was definitely one of the better episodes of that season because of Foop. I think he's a pretty underrated character with how over-the-top he is.
