Komainu stared at the sparkling yellow star pinned onto the scarf. The way it reflected in the sun caught his eye as he was window shopping through Wynsiph. He didn't have a single coin to his name, but he became enamored with the thought of owning that scarf. Ko sat up a little straighter mimicking the mannequin in the window. If he sat in just the right spot, he could see his own reflection draped in the scarf. Ko smiled from ear to ear, it fit him just perfectly.

"Come on, Ko," a nookling that accompanied him whined, "we gotta catch up to the rest of the group."

Ko sighed as he let his fantasy slide. Maybe Alma had a scarf he could wear at the nook.
