When you're a deity like Nyarlaxex, you're bound to have people worshipping you, and more often than not that's exactly what you want. But what about those few particular followers? Those that maybe are really useful to you. You probably want to reward them, maybe by blessing them or some shit. But what about making them gods thesmelves?

Well, Nyarlaxex had this idea. With "Favored of the Dark One" we are referring to four people that, for one reason or the other, Nyarlaxex deemed they were worthy of getting godhood... at the price of being loyal to her for their now-immortal lives. These people have abandoned their former lives and identities, swearing to bring chaos in the name of their mistress, although that doesn't mean they aren't able to pursue their own goals.

First of all, we have Chika, also known as the Goddess of Deception. Chika originates from the world of Merolottele and even before becoming a deity magic wasn't something alien to her; now, admiteddly she knew only one spell, but boy did she know how to use it: said spell was a shapeshifting spell, which Chika would use to take the appearance of various gods and get... well, pretty much whatever she wanted. This went on for quite some time: first she would only steal things from the rich, and eventually from the poor too... and that's where the gods drew the line. When Chika found herself between the various gods, saying she was terrified was an understatement: she begged for her life like she never did before; they did spare her... but not without a proper punishment. Chika was turned into a fox, but left with her human mind and memories, a particular color pattern on her fur to easily recognize her and - worst of all - immortality. You are probably wondering why immortality is the worst of these things, aren't you? Imagine being a small, defendless fox and live in a world where about anything is a predator. Now imagine being eaten times and times again for CENTURIES without being able to die even for just a brief moment. Yeah, that's what Chika's gone through, and even though she was a bitch it's a really horrible fate. As if that wasn't enough, by now more or less everyone knew of her story, and so no one was ready to help her... that is, until she met a certain lady with a latex dress.
Chika now has far superior shapeshitfing abilities than before, and she had more than enough time to master her manipulative skills as well. Sometimes she visits her homeworld... out of a desire of revenge for all those centuries of humiliation. Her followers are masters of deception, although they essentially have all been manipulated into worshipping her.

Next, we have 0, also known as the Deity of Knowledge. Not much is actually known about them before they became a deity: all that's known is that they were someone trying to get eldritch knowledge, and for whatever reason they thought it was a good idea to try and get it from Azathoth. Obviously the plan horribly backfired and drove them horribly insane, but it also got Nyarlaxex's attention.
Even now that they are a god the damage 0 has received remains: they are incredibly unstable, switching from one emotion to another within seconds, and essentially don't rememer anything about their past life, including their name and gender.
0's followers are idiots. No, really, why would you worship someone like this? Ok, now, to be fair 0 is insane but not stupid: they have a vast knowledge over many things and are the eldest member of the group, but usually if you go to them you won't receive knowledge... but lose it. People who go to 0 suddenly forget the things they've learned, books read by 0 become empty, and so on. Obviously that makes 0 pretty dangerous, especially if you also take their powerful mind control abilities in consideration.

Next, there's Gaglklgaka, also known as the God of Pain and Suffering. All four of these guys are known for being cruel to some extent, but this fellow over here? He's on a WHOLE other level. Back when he was human, Gaglklgaka belonged to a family so rich that he could buy anything he wanted; yet, nothing gave him satisfaction: cars, women, drugs, nothing. He always felt empty... a void he couldn't fill, no matter how rich he was. This feeling tormented him, and eventually his life became so miserable to he decided to end it all by shooting himself. As he attempted to this, however, his brother found him and tried to stop him: a fight ensued for the gun, and the brother was accidentally shot in the chest. Gaglklgaka watched horrified as his brother fell on the ground, bleeding out, barely able to say "help"... but soon enough, after watching more carefully, he started to... enjoy it... to enjoy seeing his brother suffering, unable to do anything... that's when, for the first time in his life, Gaglklgaka felt his void fill a bit. Following this, Gaglklgaka became a serial killer, kidnapping various victims and horribly torturing them; he wasn't really interested in the act of killing in itself, but in the physical pain he was able to cause. This however didn't last forever as the police eventually found him and, well, to make it a short, a mess happened, the house took fire and Gaglklgaka burnt aive, losing both his arms and eyes. But death didn't keep him down for long, for someone decided to come to his aid...
Gaglklgaka's followers are the worst of the worst, being a bunch of psychos who are almost as cruel as the god they worship, torturing innocents in the most brutal ways possible for rituals... and the victims get the worst of it... trapped in a realm where they can't die but can very much feel pain, ripped apart by Gaglklgaka without ever finding peace.

Last but not least we've got the youngest member, BazaBaza, also known as the Goddess of War and Primordial Instincts. BazaBaza was a warrior fighting for some empire and... well, let's just say she's always been a brawls over brains kind of person. Rarely would she think things through, she'd just fight. Guess you can afford shit like that when you're the strongest warrior in your army and are the Chosen One who, according to some prophecy, will bring peace in the world. Unfortunately, BazaBaza learnt the hard way the consequences this can bring... she was there... fighting the Dark Lord and his army... her friends try to come up with a plan but she just won't listen, having decided her fists are the best plan. She's losing and so she decides to use her most powerful attack... the Dark Lord and his army have been completely annhilated... but only them... her own army... her friends... gone... all gone. Desperation and grief come, and then... a shadow.
BazaBaza hasn't changed much from how she used to be. She essentially looks identical except for less armor and her personality is also overall the same, although she's convinced herself that in the end she did the right thing to fight the Dark Lord, that not limiting herself was the right choice... although sometimes she still feels some regret.
Her followers will do about anything they want, without any self-control, sometimes making beasts look civilized in comparison.
