iTunes like skin for Winamp 5

Separate vuMeters with variable refresh rates available to the end user give this skin a rare look.

More buttons can be accessed through the button on the very top left of the main window.

-updated so the timers and the seek play nice with streamed media.

-played around with sliding to hide, so now if you click on the black border, it will slide to that side. just mouse over that line again, and it will slide right back out.

-the area surrounding the playbuttons (play, pause, etc) has been changed into a button. Double click that area and the open dialog will open.

-added mute and max functions to the volume. click the respective volume symbols to mute/max volume, click again to reset.
