This is Kent, an NPC Perfaunt who invents many items found in Griffia.

About Kent: Kent is an enlightened inventor and organic chemist who brilliantly discovered how to convert eather into easily usable capsules without loosing all of it's properties, we now call this capsule Mana. He lives in Cannelini, Beania with Bert the biological scientist and together, they have provided Griffia with outstanding discoveries and scientific theories, but this only leaves Kent craving more answers those of which have sparked an interest to dedicate himself to learn more about the undiscovered biological and magical phenomenon of the world. It is unclear if Kent and Bert's relationship is similar to that of colleagues or possibly more with the large amount of time they spend solely with one another, regardless, they feed off of each others clever minds to help with their studies and projects.
