Description
Unlike most Ships in Union navy where they are built for combat, The Discovery class is Purely for scientific and Research mission. It was launch in 2103 under a joint project of Union Command and the Science Council, It was giving the most advance Technology such as Sensors array and scientific equipment. There two ships are in active Service and have only return to Service in 2124 after Scientific Mission were suspended during the three year war, They have been upgraded to be more in line with the Endeavour Class as well.

Arm with two Mk 1 light Railguns for defensive only.
