Description
Game Tile, Waverider Shuttle, Rendering by Falke. Each square is 1-inch, representing 1-square-meter, for printing this game tile to scale. There are 5 compartments, with a connecting corridor, and a main hatch in the rear. The cockpit can be operated by one or two crew, with extra LCARS for other officers for sciences, Tactical, etc. Aft of that is a lounge with a meeting/dining table and a holograph projector in the middle, and a spare science station. Aft of the lounge are two cabins with bathrooms, and bunk beds for 4 crewmen each, for a total accommodation for 8 persons. Aft of that, down a short ladder, is the science lab/sickbay/transporter/cargo bay. As on Voyager on the Delta Flyer, this aft compartment is pretty much identical. The Waverider is designed to travel in atmosphere at Mach 20, and is equipped with a Danube-Class Warp Drive with a cruising speed of Warp 5. This is a scientific research vessel for studying Class-M worlds, and thus has very limited armament of Type-IV phasers.
