Leo stood silently and waited he had not seen Raphael since the night the emerald turtle had told him abut Slash. Leo had been astounded by the news and had comforted him as best he could. And then Leo had had the nerve to just kiss him, shocking both Raph and himself, considering Leo had hated vampires ever since they had killed his father, Hamato Yoshi. The old rat mutant had him and his brothers everything they'd known and had been the only parent they had ever had.

Suddenly a shout echoed through the night. Leo jumped up unsheathing his sword as he rushed to the edge of the building ready for a fight.

The Vampire Hunter looked down to see four vampires fighting. He desended down the fire escape land behind the brawling monsters. " Don't you guys have anything better to do," he said cockily.

"Vampire Hunter", three of the vampires said in unison spinning around.

The fourth looked over holding neck and said, " Leo?"

Without taking his eyes off the other three vampires Leo said," looks like you've gotten yourself into some trouble Raph."

"Ya, maybe just a little."

The lead vampire turned to Raph, "It is true. You have befriended the Vampire Hunter."

"Pretty much," the one-eyed turtle responded.

More like suduced, Leo thought as he met eyes with Raph. Raph looked at him and grin, silently asking the plan. Leo barely nodded giving Raph the signal to go first, the vampire was on the closest enemy in seconds his fangs glinting in the moonlight as they came down on to the other vampires shoulder. Leo quickly acted cutting off another vampires head, he caught sight of Raph finishing of his opponent as he himself attacked the third and final enemy. He slashed for the monsters head but the vampire blocked with his arm, Leo grunted as he spun around for another attack this time getting his sword through the vampires chest.

Raph then appeared in front of him, "more are coming."

"We can deal with them easy.” Leo answered confidently, slightly frowning.

“More than we can handle," Raph said as he cupped Leo's face with his hands to force him to look at him.

Before the blue masked turtle could answer a vampire tackled him from behind.

“Leo!” Raphael called out, as Leo and his attacker rolled.

Fortunately Leo had caught the vampires shoulders and was able to keep the monsters fangs away from his face. Raph was there instantly pulling the vampire off of him
. Leo quickly jumped up to help but Raph had his own fangs out and ripped into the creatures neck, killing him instantly.

Raph ran to Leo’s side, "you okay?” He asked looking Leo over for injuries.

"I'm fine, Mom." He teased, as Raph gave him a small glare.

The two looked up and found there was tons of pairs of red eyes charging towards them.

“Can we go now?” Raphael asked.

“Yes. Definitely!” Leo shouted with as he grabbed ahold of Raph’s hand and took of running. The pair ran with Leo leading most of the way.

“Where are we going?” Raph asked curiously.

Leonardo glanced back at him before sighing.“The one place you can hide that no vampire will ever find you.”

The emerald eyed terrapin cocked his head in confusion.“Where’s that?”

“My home.”

Leo and Raph arrived at the Hamato home and Leo led the way inside. Mikey and Donnie were sitting in the living room. "Hey bro welcome hom... WHAT THE HECK!" He shouted as he caught sight of Raphael.

Donnie was up in seconds, "Leo I hate to say this but it looks like a vampire followed you home."

"More like he dragged me home," Raph corrected.

"Chill guys he wouldn't attack you, unless I told him to." Leo said calmly.

"Yah, BUT WHAT IS HE DOING HERE!" Mikey exclaimed as he grabbed his head with his hands.

"Hiding." Raph and Leo said at the same time, they glanced at each other and smirked.

"From what." Donnie questioned.

"Other vampires. " They said again, now full out grinning at each other.

"I'm not in the mood to play 20 questions." Donnie sassed.

"Ya me neither, especially if you are going to keep doing that creepy 'speak at the same time' thing," Mikey complained.

"Fine will explain it but can we sit down we've been running our legs off." Leo said.

"Fine." Donnie answered.

The group moved fully into the living room, Leo took the couch with Raph perching on it's arm beside him, while Mikey and Donnie each took a chair. Leo told them about Raphael not killing mortals, how he was running away from some bad vampires, and the numerous times the emerald turtle saved his life. When he was finished the four sat in silence, then suddenly Donnie jumped up and exclaimed, " Mikey it is 2 am! I have work in the morning and you have, we have to go to bed!"

"But Donnie..." Mikey whined.

"No buts, bed now." Donnie ordered.

The two younger turtles left the room leaving just Raph and Leo.

"Well that was something. " Raph chuckled.

"Ya, and think I live with them." Leo said and laughed back.

Leo stood up stretching, " I think Im going to go ahead and sleep two, you can stay if you want."

"Ok," Raph said.

Leo stopped at his door," and Raph."

"Yah."

"If I wake up and one of my brothers is bloodless, you'll regret it."

"I wouldn't expect it any other way."
