So this food bounty was left abandoned and it was easy access for the nasty beings to get hold of and use it for advantage to became tougher.

So They Have a chose one brave Mighty Gutsy person to do be a Loot Groomer{Bounty Hunter}. So she has to do just consume all this good food and make sure this not a drop of crumbs left.It does take a toll on her body but if she keeps strong she will succeed. Just look at her now she came home with a big Fat Tum.She is so full

that she was waddling as she walk back.

Well the community believes in her. They think have a warrior that just cleans out the caches of abandoned small towns and don't attract unwanted freaky foes.

e.g: It's an Oath that might apply on any worlds of morel that if one cuts off an enemy's resources & supplies and don't leave valuable materials for them to use then you much better out comes when facing a fiend on a weaker status.
