Mortal Kombat Legends: Snow Blind just gave me some weird ideas to draw my Mortal Kombat OC, Moshui, if he was really in the movie. The settings and the story from the movie are pretty interesting, like Earthrealm was finally safe from Shao Kahn's Invasion, only to be invaded by a group of Revenants...but seriously, these are not the Revenants that y'all usually see in both MKX and MK11 (trust me!).

I depicted Moshui in MK Legends: Snow Blind as a normal mechanic who owned a workshop and secretly hunts demons (or Revenants in this context) and he had a burden that hasn't been revealed yet. In this story, Moshui secretly made a deal with the Black Dragon only to gain him some advantages against them. I made Moshui having a good relationship with Sub-Zero (Kuai Liang), but I dunno how I depicted his age there. Either he was bit older than Kenshi Takahashi but not as old as Sub-Zero, or he was as old as Sub-Zero, but as a Half Demon, he aged slower, maybe I am gonna figure it out later.

But sure, I am gonna give you some sort of spoiler here: Moshui helped Kenshi Takahashi to restore the Lin Kuei as Moshui finally living up the legacy of his father, Shenyuan.

Because of this settings, I wanted to pull out a more grounded design for Moshui. I based his design on Devil May Cry 4 Dante, with a tweaks from DMC 5 Nero. I took some inspirations from MK11 Sub-Zero concept for the mask and accents. But yeah, I wanna made a twisted look for Moshui, so I gave him a demonic arm, which was inspired by DMC 4 Nero's Devil Bringer arm concept.
