Description
This one would be Atomic-Chocograph's character Icca, from her fanfiction Vestige. It's awesome, go read it.By now you should realize that I can't draw "realistic" Elites worth a damn... well, maybe I could, but so far my attempts have been too terrible to contemplate (let alone upload), so for now I'm sticking with my cartoony puppet thing.

I've tried a somewhat similar style but my attempts always looked silly... I've been working on Chibi-styled Leets lately though shrinking them down is pretty difficult. xD Gosh I need to upload some more recent stuff...
