Rochelle is an energetic and childish girl that lived in the big city. Her head is often stuck in the clouds, regardless of the time of day, causing her to lose focus of what she's doing. She is often made fun of and manipulated due to her gullible and naive nature. However, despite any hardships that she has faced, she remains kind and is always willing to help those in need with her bright and cheery smile.

History 》
Her parents always went travelling to various places for business and/or pleasure, usually leaving her alone at home to take care of her younger brother. She got used to it over the years but it still left her feeling incredibly lonely while her brother was a baby.

She would drop her brother off at the daycare while she attended high school and pick him up when classes ended. She also handled the finances since her parents would only leave her so much money per month for food and other expenses, and did all the chores around the house such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. She isn't happy with this way of life and tends to complain about it eating up all of her free time.

At the age of sixteen she started working as a waitress to get some extra cash, using some of the money to pay for her brother's sports activities. After she saved up enough money she got her parents consent to move away somewhere quieter with her brother and leave the big city life behind.
