What if...the Doctor remained in exile

It's been forty-seven years, the world is not what it used to be, aliens from a destroyed planet have moved in, carrying deadly vires worse that the Black Death and Coved combined. The number of humans and aliens is now fifty, fifty, with the rest of humanity leaving earth to escape the plague, the only thing holding everything together in our world leaders, especially the man who started it all "Prime Minister Kyle Fielding" a man so powerful that some say he will soon be the first president of humanity, something away new nabes don't approve of. Who can save us now, who can prevent total destruction, when will a saver arrive to bring order to this world of madness and decay, at this point even a award worst enemy would be a buyer hero at this point.

(This is an updated version of my original Doctor Who Unbound image from five years ago, to make it look more like the other Unbound cover. www.deviantart.com/captainwhad… In this universe, the Time Lords decide not to give control of the Tardis back to the Doctor and he remains there poun. The Doctor eventually gets sick of this and decided to lock away the Tardis and strip himself clean of the name "Doctor". He then decides to use is great intellect to help humanity evolve technologically, leading to a very different 1980's full of iPhone and trips to Mars and Titan. When the Doctor dies and regenerates, he decided to change is name to Kyle Fielding to takes up a new role as politician and eventually, Prime Minister of Great Britain. From there he helps Earth welcomes a new alien race from a dying planet to Earth. However, as the new race make themselves at home, they end up spreading several deadly diseases that they are menu to up humanity aren't. Millions die as a result and millions more leave Earth to make new home on the multibuy space colonies. In his time away, the Time Lords employee the Master as they poun and now he has been sent to earth to deal with some urgent business that even he isn't aware of. The story then becomes a twist of Sound of Drums and Last of the Timelords with the Doctor and the Master swoping roles) #donotsteal
