Other than (obviously) a female version of Robin, I'm not 100% sure what you're going for, so it's tough to judge based on that. But as a female version of Robin it definitely works; looks great.  If you wanted to up the "sexiness" factor, you could give her a plunging neckline and show some cleavage, but I don't think that's particularly necessary. This is a solid, good-looking, workable design.
