Draco and Tonks are first cousins; Narcissa and Bellatrix had a sister, Andromeda, who was Tonks' mum. That would make Teddy Draco's second cousin.Β

Teddy and Scopius are 2nd Cousins
Teddy and Draco are 1st cousins once removed
Teddy and Draco are once generation apart. Teddy's Great Grandparents are Draco's Grandparents. (so once removed)
The children of 1st cousins are the same generation (no matter the age difference) because they share Great-Grandparents they are the children of 1st cousins, so they are 2nd cousins to eachother.
Teddy's Child and Scopius' child would be 3rd cousins.

I really, REALLY recommend you read the books; there's a lot more story there than you would imagine.
