Basically the labs only Pokémon professor that’s litterly a Pokemon that was mainly oaks pokemon since they work together a lot. However being absent to search for the new pokemon the disaster in the lab happened and he came back to see the lab turned castle for Howard after being gone for more than a month. He did learn something bad happened but Howard the ruler of the fantasy world Amaza decided to take possession of him since they grew fond and bonded with each other. And he had a new lab coat just for him that Howard would adore him in.
