Description
"The name's Slappy and I'm going to make you an offer you can't refuse..." Done in honor of the Goosebumps movie that came out the past weekend, which I saw and enjoyed very much. I hand inked it and then scanned it and colored it using photo-shop. The movie gave him brown eyes but I wanted to give Slappy his original green eyes he's had in the books/tv series. I feel like it suits him more.
