Wyre Forest, Near Bewdley, Worcestershire, EnglandDawn light paints the forest
Shot in Raw, converted in photoshop CS5, classical soft focus added in Nik Colorefex

.... Have I seen this before... *checks to see Simon's other pictures* AH-ha! If you don't look closely, this is similar to your other work "Disbelief," but this is a different scene. I know it is! In this one, in my opinion, gives less light, as if the light is trying hard to come in but can only give little... Still why do I get the feeling that this picture and the other one are... sort of the same? ...Simon, why are you making me think? That's a good thing though...

Thank you so much for another thought provoking response, your right about similarity, same forest same day, just the light changing over a period of time and moving the camera to a slightly different direction to vary the scene and follow the light.

The golden lighting in this makes it seem somewhat like a painting, it's a wonderful capture of the trees with such warming colours around them
