I've been drawing for 20-30 hours weekly on school days for the past 8 months. And about 10 hours daily over summer break which was really my most major improvement period.
Just keep drawing

I completely agree with what you said in the description.
Back when i first joined deviantart, i thought m y art was terrible and that i would never improve. I always compared myself to other artists and always sold myself short, though i never really stopped drawing.
Now i look at peoples art, such as yours, and think "If i keep practicing mine someday i could be as good as them"
No styles are the same so its doesnt really make sense to compare your art, some people just have more practice then others and study more
