Books are fun! ...for emotes. xDMy entry for =SparklyDest 's June EMTC !
My greatest challenge here was pixelling the BOOK.
That took me almost 3-4 hours. Especially for that curl in the pages,
I had to model the real thing and pixel them. xD
Besides that, the shadows are a bit tricky as well.
Though I think I managed to get it right;...right? (except for the book's shadow)
Time : about 4-5 hours; for a span of 5 days.
Frames : 23.
Frame Rate : .06s (my previous emotes are never .06 .___.)
If you have any inputs or criticisms, comments, or just plain questions,
feel free to do so! It would be very appreciated
EDIT2: Fixed the bounce; again.
EDIT1: Modified the height to be higher; more space to bounce. Added frames in some parts. -Hopefully- fixed the bounce so it will look more 'natural'. Suggested by ~IcedTeaa and *hejthenerd .

GREAT EMOTE.
The book is amazingly well pixeled. I love it. Nice shadows, and I love the way it moves when the emotes come down on it. The expressions are done perfectly, and the shading and transitions and twirls are so epic
Three suggestions though-
But other than that, it looks fabulous.

First off, I think all browser can tolerate 60 ms ..right? Except for a really old version of Opera. This is based on this article [link]
Second, yes, I'm currently working on perfecting the bounce
And third, you mean the page curl thing? I purposely made those so the landing effect will be more... grand (?) [is that the proper word for it?] The emote sunk in the book when it landed and thus the pressure there will effect on the pages (it sunk down) and will result in those popping corner 
I hope you understand what I just replied here, my language is kinda messy D:

overall, it looks really good! your emotes are always shaded so bright and well and happy ^^ and the bounce shadows and book are really great too

it looks much smoother, but to be honest, a little worse because i think the speed should be the other way around. as you said before i think, fast as they come down and bounce up, and slower in the air.

Hmm, yeah, I tried to make it slower after it reached the top for the green one, but strangely it's not working too well. :/

I still think that maybe when both emotes go down, they could be a tiny bit faster. If you're at the speed limit, then maybe skip a few frames [ or like move 1/2 more pixels down] towards going down
