I might actually repurpose this in the futureIt's Kamen Rider Accel (Trial Form) fighting Yang Xiao Long. Twas really cool to put together.

In this form he is a blur, each punch and while weaker, there still enough to punch trough solid rock, and his finisher can make a faster blur of punch/kick, but he sacrifice power and defense for speed but when you can move as fast as sound well... You get the idea (I'm makeing less to Yang... She only fighting a more smart and fast opponent)

Yeah, Accel by far is not the fastest rider but he can keep with other really well with a few drawbacks
