it's times like this i wish i were a better artist >.o;; i'm suffering through a block i think.Anyways, Renee [quark] told me to soften out the shading, so i did...hmm. i don't really like it ^o^;; but i guess it's better than rotting on my HD like most of my pictures X3

This is adorable. I really like the way it turned out. I wish I could colour as you do. However, irony strikes. I saw this picture three days before the evil email stating you'll never forgive me. That's why I never commented. I didnt understand how you could have been ignoring me for a month and yet still drew our charas. It was ALL MISCOMMUNICATION! PLEASE TAKE ME BACK!!!

To me even your most blocked art is awe inspiring, so whether or not you have a block, this pic still looks marvelous!
I'm so used to you doing Cell shading it seems strange to see you soften it like this... It end up looking like Cell shading that has been blurred a bit, rathen than actual soft shading. The technique is pretty different really. I think I've seen you do some soft shaded stuff before, but I'm not 100% sure.
I think you should stick with Cell shading, you're so SO good at it!, or if you want to get into soft shading, you're gonna have to approach it a different way.
I hope taht didn't all come out sounding harsh and critical, I just want to be helpful.
Hmmm, Aerika is the same colour as my Pip, strange co-incidence. I wonder if I've seen pics of Aerika before and suconsciously copied teh colours, same animal, same fur colour, same eye colour... strange O.o

the coloring looks great.. specially on the purple of her shirt.. you should try to blend the hair highlights a little.. they look *too* white... ^^;;;

eek! It's been such a long time since I've seen you draw Aerika! lol I the first picture that I ever tried like to post with pencil and paper and none oekaki was Aerkia! lol On side7! Anywho this is awesome! The body is great! I really love the way her chest looks with the overalls.
