Its been a tough year & there were, and still are, lots of times where my mental health suffered & I just felt like I was constantly drowning to the point that dark thoughts felt like some sort of relief to me. But even then I still Try to pull myself out, to save myself because I know too much now to just give up. Something MUST change & although I am consistently doing self-work & I am aware that this job will never end, I discovered that my perception of life & most importantly MYSELF needed to be different. I needed a new identity a.k.a my TRUE self
