"The ship flying overhead had radiators glowing so bright, it lit the entire asteroid in a soft orange, almost candle-like, glow. It put me to sleep looking out the window of my hab. Makes me miss being able to actually light candles."

A sekmet-class cruiser flying past an asteroid colony, the radiators glow at an awesome 2300K, sending out gigawatts of waste heat that can easily illuminate the asteroid below it, I got inspired by children of a dead earth after realizing the ships could illuminate asteroids.
